 Senior Production Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications: 

• BSc. degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical or Industrial Engineering or any similar field.
•  At least 10 years experience in in the pharmaceutical industry. 

 Skills Required:

•  Very good knowledge in Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ). - Organization skills.
•  Time management, Leadership skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and managerial skills.
•  Strong problem solving skills.
•  Knowledge of requirements for optimization and scale up production.

Cytogenetic technologists study chromosomes using slides and tissue cultures to determine their connection to diseases and development. Common roles and responsibilities of a cytogenetic technologist include:

• Harvesting and preparing cultures of living cells
• Examining and analyzing normal and abnormal chromosomes using microscopes to aid in diagnosis and treatment plans

Work environment

Cytogenetic technologists work in hospitals, medical clinics, educational institutions, government facilities, and private labs. They typically work eight-hour shifts, and may need to work overtime on weekends (or as needed). Due to the nature of the work and the need to accurately and efficiently perform complicated tests, it can be a stressful work environment.

A diagnostic medical sonographer, also known simply as a sonographer, uses imaging equipment and soundwaves to form images of many parts of the body, known as ultrasounds.

Scope of practice

 Typical job duties, roles, and responsibilities of a diagnostic   medical sonographer include: 

1. Operating imaging equipment, and reviewing images to be sure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis. 
2. Identifying normal and abnormal imaging results, communicating a summary of the results to physicians or other health professionals, and alerting physicians to urgent problems. 
3. Preparing patients for procedures and educating patients throughout the ultrasound exam. 
4. Reviewing patient medical history, recording imaging results in patient records, and coordinating care with various departments within the hospital or clinic.

Cytotechnology is the microscopic study of body cells to detect cancer, viral and bacterial infections, and other abnormal conditions

A similar role, cytogenetic technology, focuses on disorders related to DNA mutations or abnormalities.

 In a typical day, cytotechnologists work with pathologists by:

• Using a microscope to examine the cells of the body
•  Interpreting cells collected from cytological techniques, such as a Pap test, as normal or abnormal
• Detecting changes in human cells that indicate cancer, disease, or other abnormalities
• Collaborating with a pathologist to provide a timely diagnosis to allow physicians to provide appropriate treatment
